No. November 19, 2026 remains the current official date. The game has been delayed twice in total, but there has been no further delay announced since November 2025.

There is no confirmed PC version and no announced PC release window. GTA 6 launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only. Rockstar has historically brought GTA titles to PC well after console, GTA 5 arrived on PC about 19 months after its console launch, but that is a pattern, not a commitment.

No. GTA 6 is a current-generation release only, confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no last-generation version.

November 12, 2026, a week before launch. Rockstar confirmed this in its June 24 pre-order announcement: digital pre-orders can begin pre-loading on November 12, which is also the day boxed copies containing a download code reach shops. Both routes start downloading on the same day.

Rockstar has not announced it. No storage requirement appears on the PlayStation or Xbox listings, and the 150-200 GB figures quoted everywhere are community estimates extrapolated from Red Dead Redemption 2, not official numbers. Clear 200 GB and you will be comfortable whatever it turns out to be.

The Standard Edition is $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition is $99.99. There is no physical collector's edition with a statue at launch.

No. Rockstar has confirmed the physical edition is a box containing a one-time download code, not a disc. It reaches shops on November 12, but so does digital pre-loading, so the box buys you no head start. You cannot lend, resell or buy it used, because there is no disc to pass on.

The Vintage Vice City Pack, which both editions receive. You qualify as long as you pre-order before November 20, 2026. The bonus is not exclusive to the Ultimate Edition and does not expire before release. Rockstar has shown it: 1980s looks for Jason and Lucia, and a classic Vapid Stanier.

The £20/$20 difference buys six named vehicles, a Grotti Cheetah, a Shitzu Squalo speedboat, a Vapid Ganado, a Vapid Buggy, an Albany lowrider and a Canis truck, plus engraved variants of pistols you already get, and exclusive apparel and customisation options at shops across the map. Rockstar has never published an item list, but its own press bundle names all of that. It does not include extra missions or map. You can also buy Standard and upgrade later, so there is no need to decide now.

Digital pre-orders include one month of GTA+ at no extra cost, but PlayStation's own listing states that it auto-renews, so it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel. Set a reminder when you redeem it. Note also that GTA+ is the GTA Online membership, and GTA 6 has no online mode at launch.

It says you can choose to play as a couple or go off separately, and it describes switching between them mid-mission. Whether either character carries on an off-screen life the way GTA 5's trio did has not been confirmed.

Roughly three times the size of Red Dead Redemption 2's world and about twice the size of GTA 5's, with Vice City alone approximately twice the size of Los Santos. Rockstar has described it as 'very big' without publishing exact measurements, and has not released the full in-game map.

Six regions are confirmed within the state of Leonida: Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park. Three counties are also confirmed: Kelly, Leonard and Vice-Dale.

Not confirmed. Little Haiti, Leaf Links, South Beach and Washington Beach are widely assumed by the community because they appeared in GTA: Vice City or exist in real Miami, but Rockstar has not confirmed any of them.

You clear each piece of evidence separately. Change your hairstyle to clear a physical description, change your outfit completely to clear a clothing description, accessories like hats and sunglasses are not enough, discard a mask to clear camera footage, and ditch the identified getaway vehicle. Police are only alerted in the first place if an NPC witnesses the crime or a security system detects it.

Reportedly not at launch. Previews have indicated first-person mode will not be included, but Rockstar has not officially confirmed this and has not ruled out adding it later.

The base PS5 version reportedly runs at 30 frames per second. A higher frame-rate mode on PS5 Pro has not been confirmed, and Rockstar has not officially confirmed the frame-rate figures reported from previews.

Reported, yes. Rockstar's August 2026 Dazed cover story describes eating affecting Jason and Lucia's weight and exercise visibly building and toning muscle. The same piece says going without sleep while evading the police visibly degrades their features. Both come from the magazine's description of what it was shown rather than a direct Rockstar quote.

Yes. The PlayStation store listing carries the PS5 Pro Enhanced badge. Neither Sony nor Rockstar has said what the enhancement actually is, no resolution or frame-rate figures have been published, so any article promising 60fps on Pro is guessing.

No. Rockstar has described GTA 6 as a single-player experience, and no online or multiplayer mode ships with the game on November 19, 2026. This is the single most misunderstood fact about the launch.

Almost certainly, but nothing has been announced. Rockstar has confirmed no online mode, no release window, no name and no business model. Given that GTA Online became the commercial engine of GTA 5 and that Red Dead Redemption 2 also received an online mode after launch, the pattern is clear, but a pattern is not an announcement, and any specific date you see for GTA 6 Online is someone guessing.

No. There is no co-operative mode. GTA 6 is single-player at launch. The two protagonists, Jason and Lucia, are both controlled by you. You switch between them rather than playing one each.

Roughly 13 years. Rob Nelson, Head of Development at Rockstar North, told Dazed in August 2026 that the team has been working on GTA 6 for about the same length of time as has passed since GTA V shipped in 2013.

Rockstar has confirmed the clips are genuine, which makes them a verified source of material that may not match what ships on November 19.
