Vice City
Leonida's largest city and the centre of the game. Roughly twice the size of GTA 5's Los Santos on its own.

Vice City returns as Rockstar's modern-day take on the Miami-inspired setting first introduced in 2002. It is the primary urban environment and the centrepiece of the map.
The city combines luxury neighbourhoods, crowded beaches, nightlife districts, ports, business districts and dense residential streets. Rockstar has stated that every region feels distinct in its buildings, residents and atmosphere.
Scale matters here: Vice City alone is roughly twice the size of Los Santos from GTA 5. Its narrow streets and heavy traffic are also a gameplay factor, a wanted level of three stars or higher is reportedly much harder to escape inside the city than in open country.
