Boobie Ike

Boobie Ike is a local Vice City legend who converted his time in the streets into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio.

He is the closest thing the confirmed cast has to an established power broker, the character with property, payroll and reach. His partnership with Dre'Quan Priest on Only Raw Records places him at the centre of the game's music-industry storyline.

For a series that has always used business ownership as a progression system, a confirmed character who owns a club, a studio and property is a strong signal about how the player's own money will eventually be spent.
